Advanced crusher is utilized for fine crushing of all these materials that are finally transferred via rotary kiln. Preheating of crushed raw materials by using hot gas is executed to remove impure content of these materials. Application of heat on limestone based materials is conducted as part of de carbonation process. The entire production method of this Cement Plant is supervised by veteran professionals to maintain premium quality of end product. The produced cement is verified on the basis of its bonding properties, manufacturing method, chemical properties and shelf life.
